Your Training Experience
We've designed this course to provide the perfect balance of theory and practical learning. You'll begin with comprehensive classroom-based teaching before progressing to live demonstrations and extensive hands-on practical training on live models. Throughout the day, your tutor will provide one-to-one guidance, helping you refine your technique, build confidence and develop safe clinical practice in a supportive learning environment.
Assessment & Certification
To ensure every learner meets the required professional standard, you'll complete both a practical competency assessment and a knowledge assessment. Once you've successfully demonstrated your understanding and practical ability, you'll be awarded an IPHM-accredited, insurance-recognised Foundation Dermal Filler Training Certificate, allowing you to obtain professional insurance and begin offering treatments.
Who Is This Course For?
This course is ideal for practitioners who are ready to begin their career in aesthetics or expand their existing treatment portfolio with dermal filler treatments. Whether you're a beauty professional or healthcare professional looking to enter the aesthetics industry, this course provides the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to take your first step into injectable treatments.
Entry Requirements
To enrol on this course, learners must meet one of the following criteria:
- Hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
- Hold a Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology qualification with a minimum of six months' needling experience (such as microneedling, microblading or SPMU).
- Hold a Level 2 Beauty qualification, together with Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology and a minimum of three months' needling experience.
- Have at least twelve months' practical needling experience, including treatments such as microneedling, microblading or SPMU.
- Be a registered healthcare professional, such as a Nurse, Dentist, Doctor, Dental Therapist, Pharmacist or Paramedic.
